Melissa Dettwiller in 3rd Place at the 2006 Junior Nationals

This is a picture of Melissa Dettwiller during the prejudging phase at the 2006 Jr. Nationals. Melissa Dettwiller ended up finishing in third place overall for the division she was competing in. To the disappointment of many, Melissa Dettwiller's third-place finish was in fact a finish one place in the wrong direction from where she finished last year. In the 2005 Junior nationals, Melissa Dettwiller finished in second place for the division she competed in.

For many who follow Melissa Dettwiller, it is simply hard to imagine that she would not have finished in either first or second place. If Melissa Dettwiller keeps working out as hard as she has been doing up to this point, there is no doubt that she will be getting some top finishes by this time next year.

I guess after seeing the results of the 2006 Junior nationals, it's safe to say that this contest is not a popularity contest because we all know the Melissa Dettwiller is by far the most popular (and sexiest by the way) female bodybuilder.
